Marlow, NH $95 This is a one day sojourn, reconnecting with your true essence and unplugging from the bombardment of daily existence. This is an opportunity to ground and find balance within yourself. This event will have meditation, journaling, self introspection, connection with your power animal, drumming, forest bathing (a slow meditative walk on a forest path), and more. Please bring a journal, pen, lunch (there is a refrigerator available), yoga mat, suitable clothing for a walk in the woods, and if you want, please bring your own drum.
