Over the past few weeks, I have had numerous young men and women attend
my workshops or come to me for angelic guidance in relationship to their upcoming path in life. A common thread has been very prevalent among all of them.
There is uncertainty, fear, a quivering of the spirit as they begin their quest to discovery of their life's purpose and how to move forward. Confusion has ensued due to opinions placed upon them from seemingly meaningful adults including teachers and parents. These opinions in themselves are based on the fear of lack of abundance, fear of being unsuccessful, fear on not finding jobs, fear of not being accepted, fear of failure in itself. Some parents themselves are dealing with feelings of guilt, regret, and failure for not having followed their own heart's desires and now consciously or unconsciously wishing it upon their offspring.
In tuning in to those young men and women, there is an inner spirit calling out to them, a inner desire from their own heart as to what they wish for themselves. They are seeking reassurance, encouragement, love, nourishment, a gentle breeze beneath
the unfurling of their wings. It is time for them to move into the next phase of their lives. Some are called to further their education, some are called to the arts, some are called into exploration and travel, many to more non-traditional careers. Each are unique individuals deserving of support to fully discover their strengths and desires of the heart. There is a place for each of them in this universe beyond the paradigm that may have been preconceived early on by the adults in their lives. How they get there is their own journey, an unfolding, the putting together of pieces to a puzzle that eventually renders itself to wholeness, satisfaction, fulfillment and happiness within.
To parents, relatives and teachers of these seeking young men and women, trust
in them. Know that your love, wisdom, and guidance over the years are the foundation for them to move forward onto their very own life purposes. Do not be disheartened by their decisions, but continue to exude your love and support to them. May your prayer for them be for continued illumination on their life's journey, blessings and protection as you gently release the grip you hold so tightly within your hands.
To the young men and women, stay strong and focused. Invite your guardian angels to lead the way. Affirm that the time is right and you will be successful as you follow your heart's desires, not that of others. Be in gratitude for all you have learned and for the love exuded upon you by adults most important to you in your life. You are a beam
of light preparing to shine forth even brighter than now. Blessings to you!
